These terms describe use of LiftNote, operated by Ömer Furkan Bilge, an individual in Türkiye. Contact: support@liftnoteapp.com. Website: liftnoteapp.com.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 to use LiftNote. Enter an accurate date of birth and use an email account you can access. Users aged 13–17 may use normal tracking; AI import requires permission from a parent or legal guardian. Keep your credentials private and contact support if you lose account access.
Workout tracking and your content
LiftNote lets you record programs, custom exercises, alternatives, sets, workout history, and progress. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content you enter, save, or share. Only submit content you have the right to use, and avoid unnecessary personal information about yourself or others.
AI-assisted text import
AI import sends your chosen workout text to OpenAI and produces an editable program preview. It can misread or omit information. Review exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, alternatives, and notes before saving or using the output. You decide whether to save it. The feature is a text parser, not an AI coach or a personalized training recommendation service.
LiftNote Pro subscriptions
LiftNote Pro is offered through auto-renewable Monthly and Annual subscriptions. Both plans unlock the same Pro feature entitlement for their respective subscription periods. A purchase is charged to your Apple/App Store account and renews automatically unless you cancel according to Apple's subscription rules. You can manage or cancel renewal in your Apple subscription settings. Cancelling renewal does not normally remove already-paid access immediately; Pro access remains until the end of the current paid entitlement period, subject to the subscription status reported by Apple.
LiftNote includes Restore Purchases for eligible App Store purchases. Available products, prices, currencies, taxes, and storefront presentation can vary by country or region and Apple storefront. The amount Apple displays at purchase is authoritative for that transaction. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Fitness and health boundary
LiftNote is a workout tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace advice from qualified medical or fitness professionals. Use your own judgment about training and your physical condition. Do not rely on LiftNote for emergency care or injury treatment; seek appropriate professional help.
Acceptable use
Do not access another person's account without permission, interfere with the service, bypass access or age restrictions, submit unlawful content, or use sharing features to infringe others' rights. Do not misrepresent a guardian's permission.
Sharing and intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you enter. Using an import or sharing feature asks LiftNote to process or make that content available for that feature. Shared programs can be copied into recipients' accounts; disabling a share or deleting your account does not recall copies already imported. LiftNote branding and software, and third-party materials, remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Availability and limitations
Service availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions, device behavior, or provider outages. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI output, or particular fitness results. Exercise carries risks; the app cannot assess your medical condition or determine a safe training load for you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Account deletion and privacy
You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Account → Delete account after explicit confirmation. See Delete Account for the scope and Privacy Policy for data processing details.
